FIREBOX is the original subscription box containing the EXCLUSIVE products, edibles, and assorted BBQ accessories

FIREBOXLITE contains only the edible products from previous or current FIREBOX launches.

When you purchase your box you automatically sign-up for a
subscription. This ensures your spot in the queue for the following season’s box. Your card will not be charged until the season’s box is released. Please note, if you cancel your subscription you are not
guaranteed a box in the next release. There are limited quantities for each
launch and keeping your subscription active guarantees your spot!

If you have chosen the yearly subscription option you may
cancel up until one week after the release date of the seasonal box.

You can pause your subscription anytime by logging into the subscription portal

Due to the nature of the edible products in the box, there are no returns on FIREBOX purchases. All sales are final once your order has been processed.

Canadian Orders will ship through Canada Post Expedited. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days. Once your order ships you
will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Orders from the USA will be shipped through Canada Post and
partner carriers. The shipping cost will be calculated live at checkout based on your zip code.

All orders ship out of our warehouse in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Please allow up to 14 days after your purchase for fulfillment time. You will receive an update once your order ships.
